In early January we decided to put our house up for sale and move to the east side of Atlanta. Chris came over and gave us some suggestions for marketing our house. One thing he mentioned was to put a closet in our 'office' on the lower level to market the house as a 4-bedroom. For a minimal investment and a little work, we did as Chris suggested.
